A month ago, we announced the establishment of a new division, i.e. Movable Property Division, at Lege Advisors. The Division is headed by Tomasz Jagiełło. Let us share some more details.
A business purpose of our new Division at Lege Advisor is to valuate movables of any kind such as offices, schools, production lines, production processes, health care entities, or specialist machines and equipment.
‘We prepare opinions for the purposes of collaterals, takeovers of equipment, and business acquisitions that include acquisition of equipment.’ says Tomasz Jagiełło, Division Manager. ‘We work together with banks and leasing companies.’ he adds.
The Movable Property Division is also responsible for developing opinions about moveable property for receivers in insolvency proceedings as part of a pre-pack procedure.
